San Daniele del Friuli e Tagliamento

The route starts in charming San Daniele del Friuli, and all the dirt paths/roads touched upon are of modest technical difficulty, as there are no really challenging climbs-a leisurely walk to discover magnificent views of the Tagliamento valleys.

We begin by skirting the Ragogna mountain and then crossing the sugestivo bridge at Pinzano, where we will be able to take in the majesty of the river flowing further down.

Through various dirt roads and a few small paths we will touch the Ragogna castle, have the opportunity to visit the unfinished Germanic shrine in Pinzano and its Cold War bunker, the small church of St. James of Albazzana, and much more...
