Sterrati Monte San Michele da Gradisca d'Isonzo

Depart from the parking lot of the gymnasium in Gradisca d'Isonzo, then cross the passerelle and begin climbing Mt. San Michele.

The first ascent, muscularly demanding, requires some technique in some sections. Arriving at Cima 3 we will throw ourselves into the first descent, very steep and challenging in places, then resume the climb to the Triangular Woods.

The dirt roads will take us to the shoulders of Fogliano, then we will start climbing again towards San Martino del Carso and finally take the last descent that will take us back to the footbridge over the Soča River and our starting point.
