Casera Glazzat Alta - Cuel des Jerbis - Strada degli Urogalli

Route in Val Aupa enumerated among the best routes in the Moggio Udinese area.

Departure from Saps in the Aupa valley and ride along sp.112 for 6 km before taking the climb to Malga Glazzat on the left. Climb with challenging ramps that first in asphalt and then in dirt road leads to the wonderful plain where casera Glazzat Alta is located. Returning from the access road and arriving at the crossroads, go up Cuel des Jerbis with pushing stretches until you take the CAI434 Troi des Jerbis path that descends gently on the Urogalli forest road.

Follow the long forest road up and down passing Forcje di Griffon and ascending to Forcje di Fau where the last ramp ends. A slight descent to the Zouf di Fau shelter and then take the semi-abandoned CAI 436 trail. First the crossing of a couple of crashes and then the leafy switchbacks on the steep make you lose altitude. After crossing the forestry the trail becomes technically pleasant until it comes out at Gialloz. Having regained the asphalt, you return to Saps.
