Ascent from courmayeur through Val Veny to the Elisabetta refuge, portage up to Col Chavanne, you lose altitude about 50 meters descending through the Chavanne valley, at the first fork you turn left and start a long up and down passing Mont fortin through Berrio Blanc, col de youla up to col d'Arp where the descent begins through the Vallone di Dolonne, the first part a bit technical, the sentral part on a paved road and the final 10 cum laude
