Lunga discesa da Molane al Progno di Fumane

Long and beautiful descent from Molane to Molin de Cao in the bottom of the Progno di Fumane. The descent can be divided into 4 parts.

The first, from Molane to the asphalt road going up to Breonio, is smooth and in beautiful open and scenic surroundings. Too bad about a couple of fences that have to be climbed over, making the descent less smooth.

The second, which starts immediately opposite where the previous one ends, descends to the Ca Moccolo district. It presents some steeps and a couple of challenging passages between rocks.

The third continues from the contrada to the asphalt road up to Molina. It is probably the most beautiful and spectacular section. Sliding, fast and very enjoyable. It presents a small climb and a somewhat rocky steep at the end.

The last section descends down into the Progno di Fumane. It is definitely the most challenging section. Very attractive for the wild and unspoiled environment typical of the progns in the area. It presents some passages to be tackled on foot. Others are challenging and to be tackled only in safety. Long counter slope traverses are faced with exposure on the bottom of the progno. It is therefore necessary to proceed with care and face some steps in the saddle only if you feel safe. In any case a beautiful experience.

Overall a long and beautiful descent with some challenging passages but also long flowing and fun sections.
