Lago Scaffaiolo

Fairly challenging tour for some sections to be done by hand bike both uphill and downhill in the Scaffaiolo Lake-Passo dello Strofinatoio area. Departure from San Marcello Pistoiese with the first part on asphalt to Lancisa and then from there dirt road to Doganaccia-Passo di Croce Arcana. From the pass trail 00 to Lake Scaffaiolo and to follow Passo dei 3 Termini, Passo Strofinatoio, Passo del Cancellino. Then follow trail 20 under Monte Gennaio, back on 00 and finally sent 2 to San Marcello.

Very scenic route in the upper part and with some beautiful trail sections (especially inside the Teso forest).
