Monte Seduto

Tour in Aspromonte, starting in Melicucco. The ride is long in the middle of the municipalities of Melicucco, Cinquefrondi, Maropati, Anoia and Giffone, and consists largely of dirt road. It provides for a fairly tough climb at the beginning, in a few kilometers you are already at an altitude of 1000 meters. You stay above 1000 meters for about 23 km, going up and down the ups and downs you encounter. To break up the journey you can take a break at Marzanello Lake. When you reach Monte Seduto, elevation 1140, the highest point of the ride, you take theSP45 and begin to descend, passing the towns of Giffone, Maropati and Anoia, before reaching the point from which you started.

For much of the ride you are under the cover of trees, which is why sometimes the gps is acting up.
