Cascate del Linas

Long and challenging 360° itinerary on the Linas massif, we cross rugged territories for which it is necessary not only to be athletically and technically prepared but also to have a sense of adventure and experience in dealing with any unpleasant situations that could be created such as technical failures, injuries, loss of orientation, in fact for much of the route it turns out that there is no telephone service; the track starts from the refreshment area near the beautiful waterfall of Sa Spendula (Villacidro) and you head towards Gonnosfanadiga via dirt roads and climb the long climb of Tògoro; from here begins the most challenging part of the tour, you cross some fords and through some paths not always in good condition you reach the area of punta Stellaias with a view of Muru Mannu (the homonymous waterfall is unfortunately not visible) you continue on paths not always rideable and you arrive until the viewpoint of Piscina Irgas with a splendid view of the waterfall; now after a short descent you go up to the Bega Trotta area with probably the most challenging section of the tour, compulsory the bike on the shoulder as it is very exposed, there is however a safety rope, once overcome this difficulty, everything will be easier, you arrive in the area Cucurdoni Mannu and Matzanni and then fast on asphalt (there are dirt alternatives) with a view of the lake .
