Croce Arcana

Challenging but very enjoyable and scenic itinerary on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.

From #fanano climb up on asphalt road to Ospitale. From here you climb to Capanno Tassoni on forest straada with rather steep sections. Then go up to Croce Arcana, right on the border with Tuscany and continue on the border ridge.

The first rather technical descent begins and you return to Capanno Tassoni.

You then pedal on a nice uphill trail, challenging in places, to Passo della Riva and Serra dei Baichetti with nice views. From here descent with challenging and very fun sections to Fanano.
