ROVALE - VILLAGGIO MANCUSO

Itinerary starting from Rovale, a small and charming vacation resort located at the northeastern end of Lake Arvo where the tourist village of Lorica also overlooks, in Sila Grande. It proceeds in the direction of Lake Ampollino (1282 m) reached after a series of ups and downs, near Trepidò where the Water and Energy Museum Visitor Center is located. The route skirts the lake for about 13 km and then proceeds in a southerly direction toward the hamlet of Manco Spineto Migliari climbing up to 1435 m above sea level and then quickly descending again toward Villaggi Racise and Mancuso, a well-known resort center with charming wooden chalets built in the early 20th century (1290 m). The route is part of the Parks of Calabria Ciclovia.
