Description
Itinerary for mtb/gravel, with lots of asphalt. Departure from Nicotera, direction marina through the narrow streets of the village. Ascent towards Monte Poro from SP29 to the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmelo. Here begins the descent towards Panaia, to Coccorino mare. From elevation 0, climb back up to Monte Poro along a small country road with very bumpy asphalt. On reaching Monte Poro, continue in the direction of Joppolo mare. At this begins the last climb called "the elevator," very scenic, consisting of about 10 km of hairpin bends.
