Spilinga

MTB excursion to Spilinga, home of the ndujia. Departing from Nicotera, you pass Preitoni and climb up to Monte Poro, on secondary roads with some dirt tracks. Once in Monte Poro you descend to Spilinga along a dirt single track, unfortunately not very well maintained.

Once in Spilinga you descend to the sea, passing Panaia, Coccorino. You ride along the sea road (obligatory to stop and enjoy the view) and descend to elevation 0, in Joppolo. You pedal for about 3 km at level 0, 10 meters from the shoreline, and climb back toward Nicotera.
