Serra San Bruno

Road bike route, starting from Nicotera. The outward journey involves passing through the Cropani-Micone State Reserve and stopping at Sambuco Lake in Mongiana, in the Calabrian Serre. The route is mountainous, so shaded by tall trees, with numerous fountains. After a stop at the Carthusian monastery of San Bruno (fill up your water bottles because there will not be many fountains), we will start again along many ups and downs, passing the towns of Soriano and Gerocarne, until we arrive in the Rosarno plain, and then climb back up to Nicotera.
