Clockwise tour characterized by continuous ups and downs, lots of nice trails in the woods, not to be done on wet ground. Start in Ponte dell'Olio, immediately steep asphalt, then a succession of trails with continuous ups and downs until Tollara. Start to climb first dirt road then asphalt, now nice long downhill trail in the woods to the stream.

Now long climb, first dirt then asphalt to Padri. Descent and ascent to Montesanto then a long series of trails to Biana then back to the start.

Physically quite challenging ride, trails are nice, challenging sections on the descent from Montesanto.
