Anello del Cusna

Wild ride in fantastic environments unusual for mtb. Departure from Civago at the parking lot of the Mount Penna ferrata. We climb toward Case Cattalini along the forest road following the signs to the Battisti refuge. Near the fountain we take the Cai 611 trail to Pianvallese.

Reaching the lifts the path gives way to asphalt until we reach the Monteorsaro refuge. After a short stop we resume the climb along the forest road until we reach the Cisa pass. The gradients increase and the ground conditions worsen, however, remaining always rideable without problems. At an altitude of 1740 just below the Bagioletto we follow the Cai 625 path first and the 623 to follow to abandon it in favor of the 627 that with steep gradients but always rideable takes us to the forestry of the presa Alta. Again uphill in about an hour we reach the Lama Lite pass where through the path Cai 631 we close the tour reaching the starting point. #cusna
