CORNA DI SONCLINO VALLE VANDENO
We start from the Esselunga supermarket in that of Cogozzo di Sarezzo and ascend towards Lumezzane until we reach Termine, where we turn left and begin the final part of the climb towards the Corna. From the church of San Nicola the slopes become serious and try to find your rhythm without exaggerating: you will make it without problems. We pass San Bernardo where, if you wish, you can detour to visit the beautiful Serafino Zani Astronomical Observatory. We proceed straight ahead and shortly after arrive at Campo di Gallo. There are now the last few meters towards the Corna di Sonclino and its Cross located at 1352 m that you will reach with a very fast push section. Photo op before getting ready for the impressive descent that will be very varied: hard rock, crunchy rock n' roll, crumble, smosso and some hints of flow with even wet sections. We descend to the Fork of the Four Commons then to Dosso delle Ciliege and Forcella di Vandeno. Again wild section towards Valle Vandeno then skirting the stream Torrente Valle Vandeno we will reach between Marcheno and Inzino di Sotto. Now skirting the Mella River we will have 8 km of footbridge to return to the starting point. NB: if you want to avoid this last stretch you can start directly from Marcheno (BS) and tackle it right away so you don't have to do it at the end.
