Monte Pasubio - Bocchetta Foxi sentiero 102

N.B. I encourage you to ride this route out of season, it is a very popular area for hikers on foot so it will be our good sense to organize the MTB outing taking advantage of the off-season.

The Heroes' Road is wide but has some very exposed sections with no protective barriers.

Departing from the village of Anghebeni, arrived at the Pian delle Fugazze, turn left and start climbing along the spectacular "Road of Heroes." Once you reach the Achille Papa refuge, keep left following the "105 Bocchetta delle corde" trail. Upon reaching the nozzle, continue along the "102 Bocchetta di Foxi" trail. From here the trail will take us back to the valley through a series of easy switchbacks doable even without nose press.

Sore note of the route, at the bottom of the trail we "eat" 300 meters of elevation gain on forest road instead of trail!
