Canto alto tour (downhill flow vs. Sedrina)

You climb to the Maresana from which you descend by the famous la Bruna descent (avoid in wet weather). It seems that it is no longer maintained, be careful.

From Olera you take a nice traverse with technical passages that comes up again on the main climb.

On asphalt you reach the Nese Fork and then by trail the Canto basso, from here by pushing for about 45min you reach the Canto alto. Follow the trail to avoid the steps.

From the cross of the Canto alto the first section is very technical, then it is pretty much all flow nice and fun all the way to Sedrina, except for a short section after the Prati Parini hut.

Alternatively in periods with few hikers you can descend from the Prati Parini hut on the rocky trail to the Cler.
