Premilcuore 421 e Giumella

From Premilcuore go up by asphalt to Valico del Manzo and then go left on the beautiful forest road 401, with some ups and downs; just after Monte Fumarolo follow the cai 401 that climbs to the right until it crosses the 421 (uphill with some short pushing sections). Turn right and follow the 421. First very smooth section on single track, then gradually becomes more technical, a few hairpin bends, steps, steeps, and then more technical passages begin and to finish a series of rock passages bordering on trialistic until you reach the humpback bridge below Bocconi.

Go up to the Manzo pass via SP25 (closed due to landslide to cars) and then retrace the forest road 401, this time up to Monte Mandria. Leaving the mountain on the right on the left starts the nice single track of Giumella (to be done only with dry ground).Flowing track, but in the middle section it has a nice series of fun switchbacks and then alternates some technical and steep passages with flowing sections. When you reach the asphalt on the left and in a short time you return to Premilcuore.
