Monte Raparello

Beautiful hike starting from the village of Spinoso in the direction of Monte Raparello where a chapel of the Madonna della Rupe is located. To reach the chapel one uses paths (NOT SIGNED) and stretches of paved roads. On reaching Mount Raparello one descends again in the direction of the Abbey of Sant'Angelo(dating from the 10th century, founded by a group of Brazilian monks, reporting to San Vitale di Castronovo di Sicilia) on easy path. By asphalt road you reach the village of San Martino d'Agri and then return to Spinoso along the lakeside road.
