ETNA NORD 5: Anello Ragabo

This loop starts from the Chalet Clan dei Ragazzi. After a short ride on asphalt (Mareneve), we take a path on the right where a climb begins in the middle of the forest that will take us towards the Quarantore creek with a magnificent view of the gullies and summit craters. Crossing the creek we pass by the Mount Baracca Refuge (closed) and continue towards the Sartorius Mountains, after leaving them on the left , we arrive at the gate on the road and after a short climb we turn left to descend a flow trail (S0-S1) with a sandy bottom that will eventually take us to the Grotta dei Ladroni (easily accessible). Continuing on, we will ride on trail with ups and downs on a lava flow (Black Desert S0) that will make the connection to the woods where a series of somewhat rocky and poorly maintained forestry downhill S0-S1 with passages over roots and loose stones. Eventually you will always climb up from the forest to the starting point.
