Monte Mario con trail dei Cipressi

Start from the Sasso Marconi station parking lot and climb up trails to the Monte Mario saddle and from there proceed to the summit (short push section). First short but intense descent with ascent to arrive just before Commenda. Turn right and after a few switchbacks, a nice trialistic passage on rock and then take Nuvola Rossa.Steep, technical passages on rock, compressions and climbs. You arrive on the road to Badolo , right to climb to Battedizzo and then to the saddle of Monte Mario. Go up to the Commenda Commenda and take the nice traverse parallel to Via delle Orchidee and then back to Via delle Orchidee and follow Cai 110 that descends (flow section) and then climbs back up passing Ca' di Co, to the wildlife protection area.

Follow the 110 to the crags and take the "secret trail" with nice steeps and technical rock passages and you'll reach Badolo. Take a right to climb back up to the Vagabunder attack, another classic trail in the area; flowy, but with some nice technical rock passages! On the road to Battedizzo you return to the crossroads and then take the low trail to the Mugnano meadows. Last descent on the new Cypress trail (on the right) which is really spectacular with steep (one nice tough one) and wall ride, jumps up to the Ganzole road near the Albano bridge and from there to the parking lot.
