Adda sinistra orografica

Alternative itinerary to the usual and trivial ride along the Adda. The track develops along the orographic left of the river in wooded areas of a certain naturalistic value, long stretches of the itinerary develop on single-track, other stretches are on farm roads, asphalt stretches are only the initial and final ones.

The first part is almost entirely flat, passed the locality Porto (Imbersago) there are some steep climbs even if very short, after the bridge of Paderno there is a very steep and straight descent on a paved road to which you need to pay some attention. The difficulty of the route is modest; it remains fun, however, being a sequence of chutes that can be tackled even at a certain speed.

The trail is always quite obvious, basically just keep the river on your right, only in some sections you move away from the bank and the river does not remain visible but in that case just follow the south direction, or of course use the GPS for orientation.
