Ridracoli-Vinco-Bertesca in su-Paretaio-Cai 235-Ridracoli

We leave from the parking lot of the Idromuseo di Ridracoli and immediately turn left to take the first paved road that will then become a driveway also passable by cars that will take us to Passo del Vinco where we will continue to the right on the driveway we will first pass the village of Casanova Dell'Alpe and then arrive at the barrier that marks the end of the section passable by motor vehicles.

At the barrier we take a left for a short uphill stretch at the fork we turn right on Cai 207. Initially there is a short push section and then it becomes rideable until it crosses the Lama forest road where we will turn left and follow it for about 5 km until we get to CAI 205 (La Bertesca) on the right. The trail immediately begins with significant gradients and then alternates between pedaled and pushed stretches until we reach Poggio della Bertesca where we will turn right to enter CAI 207 (Paretaio), a fun and technical descent with steps, Flow passages and hairpin bends that will take us back to the barrier of the forestry road previously made uphill.

From the barrier we will go backwards along the cart road for about 5 km and then turn left and cross the cart road that will take us up to hai ruderi del Pratalino, past the ruins on the right we enter the CAi 235 path, a nice descent among rocks, rocks and dirt sections that will take us up to the Ca' Di Sopra refuge for a short break before resuming the descent that with a couple of relaunches will literally drop us over the Ridracoli dam.

Once past the dam we take the paved road that will take us back to our parked cars at the Idromuseo di Ridracoli.
