Lago di Cavazzo e lago di Cornino
The route starts well right away, with climbing to the mountain of Buja and the ruins of its castle, all trails with no particular technical difficulties.
After a flat part consisting of some asphalt and fast macadam, we will climb to the Fort of Osoppo, which will give us a magnificent view.
Past a short asphalt section and the bridge over the river, we will take the beautiful path over the Tagliamento River that will accompany us to Bordano where we will take a forestry road that will get us over a fair amount of elevation gain and then plunge us into Lake Cavazzo.
Having admired the lakefront we now face a series of docile ups and downs (mixed asphalt and light dirt) that will lead us to the resurgences of Col del Sole and then to the Cornino Lake reserve.
After admiring the beautiful body of water we cross the bridge over the Tagliamento again and visit the Casasola peat bog and the Fontana Abisso marsh, then return to our starting point.
