Il monte Valinis

The start is from a parking lot in Meduno, the first paved section needs attention because it is very busy, so we will begin, still on paved road, the climb that will make us skirt Mount Ciampuc.

After about 3 km we will finally find the dirt road that, except for a few meters, will accompany us for the rest of the tour.

The steep dirt climb that will have us climbing the Zolf valley will give us no respite until the top of Mount Valinis: the wide meadows and views will be our reward, as well as, of course, the subsequent descent that will have us touching Mount Ciavoleit.

At this point the descent will become steep and fun, making us quickly reach Sottomonte and from there the point of our departure.
