Monte Quarin e Slovenia

Departure from the parking lot of PalaBigot in Gorizia. First soft section with the climb to Mount Galuz, then we attack some dirt roads of the Vigne Alte di Cormons, thus arriving downhill behind the little church of Subida.

From there begin a series of climbs of varying gradient, always with slippery ground and sometimes steep inclines, that will take us up to the fortification at the top of Mount Quarin. The technical descent that follows will take us into the Judrio valley, where we will cross the border and with a series of unpaved ups and downs we will reach the castle of Dobrovo and from there descend back into Italy between Capriva del Friuli and Lucinico.

Last pull over the hill of Pubrida and we will reach, with a short stretch of paved descent, our starting point.
