Monte Calvario, rio Alticno, Vallone delle Acque, monte Srnjak e fianco Sveta Gora

Depart from the parking lot located at the entrance to the town, next to a supermarket.

We head toward Lucinico where we attack Mount Calvario, reaching as far as the obelisk. Descending along a fairly feasible path, you head north and then skirt the Alticno stream, in whose descent the level of difficulty increases. Once this short but intense descent is over, you begin the slow ascent to Lenzuolo Bianco along a dirt road with no technical difficulties in the Vallone delle Acque.

We cross the border just after the descent to Casal Minato, where we will find a ford that we will avoid via a narrow pass if we do not want to do so. The ascent to Podsabotin and beyond begins to be impassable after a few kilometers, when we will find a small road with a stony bottom with steep slopes that will not leave us, except for short stretches, until Srnjak Mountain. From there a quick descent through the forest will take us to the Soča bike path, which will run along the river to the border, where it will give way to some poorly maintained dirt roads. A short city ride and we will reach our parking lot.
