Premilcuore: Due Ponti - La Giumella - Cà Pollare
We start from Premilcuore (FC) where, near the restaurant la Rocchetta, we climb the SP 25, almost totally closed to vehicular traffic, until we reach the ridge. At the top, turn left onto the driveway that follows the ridge called cammino di Sant'Antonio and marked No. 17.
After a short stretch of driveway you will find on the right the path 423 named two bridges that descends to Bocconi. It is a descent with fairly technical sections that winds mostly along the coast in the woods. The last part the trail becomes very petrous with nice switchbacks.
Once you reach Bocconi and cross the beautiful bridges over the stream, you reach the provincial road that you take downhill, leaving the village, after a short stretch you turn right to cross the stream again and on asphalt you climb back onto the ridge from which you came for the S.P. No. 25, also on this side partially closed to traffic. Returning to the ridge from the beginning of the tour, follow it on the roadway in the same direction and hold it until you meet on the right the Giumella descent whose entrance is marked by a wooden arrow.
It is a beautiful not easy and treacherous natural descent that winds through a very impressive forest with roots, stones, narrow hairpin bends, slopes that are quite steep in some sections and a few relaunches. The last part of the descent reaches a stream whose bed is crossed several times and ends on the provincial road coming from Premilcuore.
You then return to Premilcuore where by the SP of the beginning of the tour you reach the ridge again to go take nice trail of Cà Pollare. At the top take the steep ramp to the right take trail No. 17 and then abandon it at the wooden signs for Cà Pollare. The trail is technical and winds mostly through the woods with nice slopes relaunches roots rocks and tight switchbacks. There is no shortage of what very technical, uncovered, steep, rocky and graded sections. It is a rather physical descent that does not let up until the end when the trail becomes faster, but very rocky. It ends on the provincial road leading to Premilcuore and the starting point
