Anello Mileto Spilinga

Route for bdc/gravel, starting from Nicotera, heading towards Limbadi. One travels along the provincial road, being careful on the descent to the numerous potholes present (this descent would be best done by mtb). Once on the SS18, you follow the road until you pass the towns of Paravati and Mileto. After passing Mileto, continue by turning left at the traffic lights. From here continue to Mesiano (again the road is not very good), pausing at the fountain in the square of Mesiano. You have arrived on Monte Poro, continue in the direction of Tropea, riding the long straight road (not a very good road for bdc), and arrived near the crossroads (soon traffic circle) turn left, for Spilinga.

A nice descent begins, with only one uphill section slowing the ride. The asphalt here is good, except for a few potholes. The gradient will take us over 70 km/h. A very nice old aqueduct will be passed. After passing the center of Spilinga, we arrive at Panaia. From here on, light downhill road to Coccorino. Last downhill stretch along the sea road to Joppolo.

Last effort up to Nicotera and that's it.
