Anello gravel Tavarone

All-asphalt or dirt gravel itinerary starting in the center of Tavarone, Val di Vara.

Start in Tavarone and follow the signs for Lungo Borsa/Maissana, then take the left fork uphill on asphalt to Maissana. At the hairpin bend be careful to continue straight towards Disconesi, soon after you find an abandoned chapel characterized by three doors, made so that each opening faced the three main settlements in the vicinity-Disconesi, Colli and Maissana. Continue on asphalt and take the right fork to Passo del Bocco. The first asphalt ramps will put you to the test; once you arrive on dirt road the gradients soften. Finally you arrive at Bocco Pass, watershed between Val di Vara and Tigullio, take a left on dirt road and follow to Colli, once you pass the hamlet continue downhill on asphalt until you return to the starting road, follow to Tavarone and you will return to the starting point.
